Terms and Payment

The diamond herein invoiced have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and in compliance with united nations resolution. The seller here by guarantees that these diamonds are conflict free based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier of this diamonds.

I/We hereby ,certify that my/our registration certificate under the GST Act 2017 is in force on the date on which the sale of the goods specified in this Tax invoiced is made by us and that the transaction of the sale covered by this Tax invoice has beeneffected by us and it shall be accounted for in the turnover of sales while filing our return and the due tax,if any payable on the sale has been paid or shall be paid.

EXCHANGE POLICY

1)All items sold are non-refundable. No cash or credit card refund will be granted.

2)Exchange will be accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided original receipt is presented.

3)Merchandise can be exchange once. 

4)Sale item are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

5)No exchange of used, altered or damaged goods(due to mishandling by customers).

6)Defective merchandise will be repaired at no charge if the item is less than 12 months old with proof of purchase.

7)Merchandise that shows signs of abuse or normal were and rear will be repaired on a pre-paid basis regardless of age.

8)Fully paid merchandises or merchandises paid with deposit will be kept for maximum of 60 days from the collection date. ARISHTANEMI THE HIDDEN JEWEL reserves the right to handle the item at its absolute discretion if the items is are not collected by the stimulated time. All payments made are non-refundable.
